WholesaleChairs.ca ("the Site") is a Canadian-owned and operated business based in Mississauga, Ontario. We are a business-to-business supplier of commercial seating. This policy explains what information we collect on the Site, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it. We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the quote request form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, province, and the details of your seating project. We do not require an account, and we do not process payments on this Site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to prepare and follow up on your wholesale quote. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Service providers
Quote form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-processing service, and the Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Product images are served from our product image host. These providers process only the technical data needed to deliver their service.
Cookies and tracking
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not use analytics scripts that profile visitors.
Retention
Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to serve your inquiry and for our business records, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us as described below.
